Shipping policy

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible! However, due to the on-demand nature of our products (especially customisable options) orders may first need to be added to the manufacturing queue, and/or wait on special order hardware/materials. We will endeavour to keep you updated on the progress of your order.

Once produced, we aim to quality check, pack and despatch on the same or next business day from Sydney, NSW. After despatch, Australia Post delivers the item within 1 to 10 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Updates and tracking notifications will be emailed to you so please check your inbox regularly including spam/junk folders. If your order does not arrive within 12 business days from the date of order, please contact us at info@jwapplied.tech with your order number and we will gladly assist.
