Our front plate mount is a 3D-printed assembly that encases your plate behind laser-cut, optical-grade acrylic. The assembly is form-fitted to your car to achieve its tightly integrated appearance.

Mounting

Who wants ugly holes drilled into their pride and joy?? Our mounts are designed to mount with 3M adhesive tape wherever possible, which is PPF-friendly and has been stress-tested on both the street and the racetrack. The Dual Lock system allows you to remove and reinstall the assembly in case you wish to change plates e.g. to display promotional plates at events.

Some cars with complex bumper shapes require an included bracket to establish an even mounting surface. Brackets may also utilise factory screw locations when the bumper is too flexible for Dual Lock to securely engage.

Installation

Our plate mounts have been successfully installed by several vehicle owners, dealerships, and PPF/detailing businesses. Please note that each mount is designed to fit in one specific location on the bumper; before removing the backing tape on adhesive brackets or adhesive mounts, gently slide the bracket/mount around on the bumper until it finds its natural resting spot with an even ~1mm gap all the way around.

Whilst we do not offer an installation service, detailed step-by-step instructions are provided with every plate mount.

Design

Every mount design is bespoke to one number plate size and one car bumper shape, which we 3D scan into our growing database. The first mount of a particular car typically entails a scanning/development process (costing an additional $180-480 depending on the complexity of the bumper) however this may be waived for cars with significant demand.

To start the development process for your car:

1. Send us photos of your bumper, with the factory plate mount removed (photos of the factory mount are handy too)
2. We will do our best to estimate the complexity and therefore cost of the process
3. Arrange a 3D scanning appointment at a mutually convenient and well-lit location

Production

Every plate mount is made to order and can take anywhere from 2-14 days to produce, depending on the availability of parts/materials. We do our best to manage our stock levels, but we’ll keep you updated on your order and let you know if there are any delays. Allow another 1-5 days for courier delivery.
