Toyota A90 Supra - Cold Air Intake Duct

This Cold Air Intake (CAI) duct feeds the airbox with unimpeded fresh air sourced from the middle radiator grille. This exact part helps the DNA Autosport WTAC Supra to run consecutive 700whp laps without heat soak (in conjunction with other cooling upgrades.)

The duct is fed by either a large bell-mouthed air scoop or a small scoop (or no scoop at all) that attach to the duct with M5 hardware. The included cutting template will assist with accurately locating the hole that needs to be cut in the upper radiator cowling.

If you have your own 3D printer with sufficient build volume, you can purchase the model files (to print for your own personal use only) by select Scoop Size "Both" and Delivery Type "Digital Download" above.

To minimise support usage and maximise surface smoothness (and thus airflow quality) the duct files include 2-piece and 3-piece split parts, which feature little bosses at each join to assist with alignment (use small lengths of 1.75mm filament.)

The large scoop is also supplied as a 2-piece split part. All split parts can be joined with strong tape or glue. Whole versions are included for those who wish to split the parts themselves.
